You must be at least 18 years old to use CoreTrak.

2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app or attempt unauthorised access
• Interfere with system performance or security
• Use CoreTrak for unlawful purposes

4 Subscription & Billing

• Paid features are provided on a subscription basis
• Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of any trial period unless cancelled beforehand
• Billing is handled via Stripe — CoreTrak does not store card details

5 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software are the property of CoreTrak (Certa Cito Global Limited) and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without express written permission.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

CoreTrak is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. CoreTrak does not replace medical advice from your clinician or prescribing pharmacy.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreTrak shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Health outcomes related to app usage
• Data loss beyond reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK and EU users. Local consumer protections remain unaffected in other jurisdictions.
